Whether you are a Lead DSP wanting to step into leadership or have years of experience in management, we want to hear from you! We are looking to add to our Residential Leadership team with someone wanting to make a difference in the lives of their community. We have several housing-based programs serving clients experiencing SPMI and/or long-term homelessness. Our program services range from 24-hour support to daily, goal-focused intervention and span from Minneapolis to West St. Paul. Depending on your leadership experience, you may lead and manage a team, oversee your department’s performance and key metrics while providing excellent services to clients and stakeholders.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:
Full-time, daytime hours with occasional evening and weekend availability
Rotational on-call availability required
$50,000 - $75,000, dependent on experience
$55,000: Meet minimum requirements with little to no supervisory experience
$60,000: Meet the minimum requirements with at least 5 years in human services and 3 years of supervisory experience
$65,000: Meet the minimum requirements with at least 7 years in human services and 5 years of supervisory experience
$75,000: Meet the minimum requirements with at least 10 years in human services and 7 years of supervisory experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3 years of full-time work experience in any field
At least 1 year of full-time work experience in human services with increasing responsibility
Demonstrated leadership experience in any previous role
Must be able to pass a DHS background check
Must have a valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
