SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION AND LOCATION:

Part-Time (16-24 hours per week)

Awake overnight shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am

Must have at least every other weekend availability

Starting at $18-$21, with opportunity for growth and pay increase beginning at six months of employment!

Location: South Minneapolis
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-
At least six months of full-time or one year of part-time work experience (any field)

Must pass DHS background check
-
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
-
Understanding of basic computer and email functionality
-
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
MORE ON THE ROLE:
You'll be working within one of our Customized Living Programs supporting people living with a variety of mental health needs. You will oversee the safety and well-being of our clients, providing services such as:

Medication administration
-
Assistance with problem solving/additional support
-
Documentation of happenings throughout your shift
-
Completing light cleaning tasks within office area
You will work as a team with other Mental Health DSPs, Housekeepers/Home Health Aides, Client Services Coordinators, Program Leaders, and Nurses to provide a safe living environment for all clients. Our clients do not need assistance with personal cares.
