Job Description:
Supportive Futures Foundation is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations and assist with administrative tasks to support daily program functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and care
- Answer and route phone calls and messages promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Perform intake duties, including collecting basic information and inputting social care or eligibility screenings into internal systems
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Support staff with photocopying, filing, and data entry as needed
- Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and stocked with relevant materials
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry
- Compassionate, dependable, and culturally sensitive
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
