They serve as the primary point of contact for a caseload of 1015 service recipients, their families, and the clinical team. Working under the supervision of the Care Coordination Manager, Care Coordinators are responsible for scheduling and facilitating ongoing collaboration among multiple stakeholders. They work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to coordinate services for shared clients and families.
