About Us:
We’re a supportive, energetic team dedicated to empowering 10 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Edwardsville community. We believe in care with heart, laughter with purpose, and teamwork that feels like family.
Your Role:
As our QIDP, you’ll be the heart of the home — coordinating services for 5 individuals that live in the Edwardsville community , supporting DSPs, advocating for residents, and ensuring each person’s individual goals are met with dignity and creativity. You’ll lead with compassion, organize with precision, and inspire with your drive to make every day meaningful.
Requirements:
- Prefer a degree or job experience working in the human service, social work, activities, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A genuine love for helping others live with independence and joy
- Collaborate with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide training, guidance, and support to DSP staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointments
- Assist individuals in accessing community resources and support program
- Keep documentation accurate, timely, and compliant (you know the drill )
