Supporting Bright Stars Family Therapy Solutions is a growing, family-centered therapy clinic dedicated to supporting children and families through high-quality, compassionate services. We provide a collaborative and supportive environment where therapists have flexibility, autonomy, and access to an established referral stream.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking licensed therapists to join our expanding team.

[Position Overview]

We are currently hiring licensed:

• Occupational Therapists
• Physical Therapists
• Speech Therapists
• Mental Health Therapists
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Services are primarily provided:

• In our Brandon therapy clinic
• Hybrid options available depending on caseload and discipline
• Pediatric population, with future opportunities to expand into additional age groups as our practice grows

Referrals and caseload support are provided.

[Responsibilities]

• Provide developmentally appropriate therapeutic services to children and families
• Deliver caregiver education and coaching
• Complete required documentation and assessments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers
• Participate in team communication as needed

[Qualifications]

• Active Florida Therapy License
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently
• CPR/First Aid Certification (training available if needed)
