Supporting Bright Stars Family Therapy Solutions is a growing, family-centered therapy clinic dedicated to supporting children and families through high-quality, compassionate services. We provide a collaborative and supportive environment where therapists have flexibility, autonomy, and access to an established referral stream.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking licensed therapists to join our expanding team.
[Position Overview]
We are currently hiring licensed:
- Occupational Therapists
- Physical Therapists
- Speech Therapists
- Mental Health Therapists
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Services are primarily provided:
- In our Brandon therapy clinic
- Hybrid options available depending on caseload and discipline
- Pediatric population, with future opportunities to expand into additional age groups as our practice grows
Referrals and caseload support are provided.

- Provide developmentally appropriate therapeutic services to children and families
- Deliver caregiver education and coaching
- Complete required documentation and assessments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers
- Participate in team communication as needed
[Qualifications]
- Active Florida Therapy License
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently
- CPR/First Aid Certification (training available if needed)
