The Site Coordinator is responsible for implementing Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for assigned individuals and providing leadership, mentorship, and direction to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Assistant Site Coordinators (ASCs). This position serves as a role model for Positive Practices, promotes high-quality service delivery, and supports a positive team environment.
Availability is required for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. The Site Coordinator reports to the Site Service Coordinator or Regional Head of Services.
Compensation
• $15.50 per hour
Qualifications
• Ability to pass criminal and registry background checks
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with proof of education
• Clear tuberculosis screening
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and accept constructive feedback
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid, Medication Management, Medicaid Waiver Certification, and Core Competencies
• Basic math skills
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
