REQUIRED:
- Master's Degree;

Three (3) years of office, administrative or business support experience.

Experience maintaining records, tracking data, preparing reports, and supporting departmental goals or plans.
Preferred:

Experience coordinating programs, projects, or department activities.

Familiarity with policies, procedures, compliance requirements, or government/state regulations.

Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Experience with report writing, document preparation, data analysis, budgeting, or financial recordkeeping.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders.
The role of the Coordinator is to collaborate with campus and district staff to collect, analyze, and report program data; support the evaluation of programs and resources; and assist in preparing reports and documentation required by regulatory agencies and funding sources. The Coordinator will also ensure that the district plan meets state guidelines and will assist in monitoring and evaluating programs and software as required by law. The Coordinator will also perform other duties and functions as a whole which will promote the growth of each at-risk student in the district in order to increase the graduation and completion rates and decrease the dropout rate.
