Support Products is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. Hours for the position are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tuesday - Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
Duties
- Relay detailed messages to the President.
- Receives incoming phone calls, transfers messages, or inquires as necessary.
- Perform routine typing, filing and other administrative functions for the office.
- Keep office and kitchen neat and clean.
- Receives and dispatches incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepares sales and marketing brochures for the company.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and other various reports required by management.
- Handles equipment instruction manuals.
- Provides assistance to other departments as needed.
- Assists management in projects when necessary.
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22.0 per week
