Support, Inc. is seeking Qualified Professionals to join our Intensive In-Home Services program in the Monroe, NC area. We are looking to hire team members within the next 30 days to help meet the growing behavioral health needs of children, adolescents, and families in Union County and surrounding communities.
Intensive In-Home Services are designed to support youth who are experiencing significant emotional, behavioral, or family challenges and are at risk of out-of-home placement. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about working directly with children and families in home, school, and community settings.
Responsibilities
The Qualified Professional will:
- Provide therapeutic activities and interventions for children and adolescents who are at risk of out-of-home placement.
- Work as part of a 2–3 person team led by a licensed or associate-licensed therapist.
- Serve on a team with a maximum caseload of 12 members.
- Learn and implement Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy, our evidence-based practice model.
- Assist with leading Child and Family Team meetings.
- Assist with developing and updating Person-Centered Plans and other required clinical documents.
- Meet weekly with the team to staff cases, review progress, and determine the best plan of action for members and families.
- Collaborate with families, schools, community partners, and other service providers to support member stability and progress.
- Complete required documentation in accordance with agency, Medicaid, and service definition requirements.
Schedule and Productivity Expectations
This is a full-time, salaried position with a flexible schedule. Because services are provided to children and adolescents, candidates should expect that many visits will occur after school hours when youth and families are available.
All Intensive In-Home team members are expected to complete 10 visits per week.

Support and Supervision
Support, Inc. provides strong clinical and administrative support for our Intensive In-Home teams. Ongoing supervision and support are provided by clinical coordinators, supervisors, the clinical director, and our board-certified child psychiatrist.
Team members receive regular case consultation, team support, and guidance to help ensure quality services for youth and families.

Support, Inc. has been providing child and adolescent mental health and substance use services for more than 20 years. We serve youth and families across Gaston, Cleveland, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Catawba, and surrounding counties.
We have recently expanded services into Cabarrus, Stanly, and Union Counties and are looking to grow our teams in these communities.
Support, Inc. provides a full array of child and adolescent mental health and substance use services, with the exception of Level III group home and PRTF services.
