Family Centered Treatment (FCT) – Qualified Professional
Support, Inc.
Do you want to make a difference in the lives of children and families? Support, Inc. is looking for a Qualified Professional (QP) to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) program. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with families in their homes and communities, helping them build on their strengths and create lasting change.
What You’ll Do
- Provide intensive, family-focused therapy in the home to support children with behavioral health needs.
- Partner with parents and caregivers to strengthen family dynamics and improve functioning.
- Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans based on the needs of each child and family.
- Collaborate with schools, DSS, juvenile justice, and other community partners.
- Document services according to FCT and Medicaid standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification in the Family Centered Treatment model (provided by the agency).
What We’re Looking For
- Must meet North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP) requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services field and 2 years of experience with the child mental health population, OR
- Master’s degree in a human services field and 1 year of experience (Includes internships and any previous experience in the human service field).
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Ability to work independently in the community while staying connected to a supportive team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid NC driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
