Day Treatment Supervisor — Support Incorporated
Support Inc. is seeking an organized and mission-driven Day Treatment Supervisor to support our Day Treatment program for children and adolescents. This role works side-by-side with a licensed therapist, who oversees clinical work and clinical supervision. The Day Treatment Supervisor’s primary focus is administrative oversight, staff support, and ensuring smooth program operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Oversight & Compliance
- Monitor daily program operations and ensure compliance with state, Medicaid, and agency requirements.
- Review documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- Support implementation of program policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Staff Support & Performance Management
- Provide regular administrative supervision to staff, including performance coaching and workflow support.
- Ensure staff understand expectations and follow established procedures.
- Assist with onboarding, ongoing training, and staff scheduling needs.
- Quality Assurance & Coordination
- Track program metrics, productivity, and service delivery standards.
- Partner with the licensed therapist to ensure youth receive consistent, high-quality support.
- Serve as a point of contact for schools, families, and internal departments when administrative coordination is needed.
- Program Development & Problem-Solving
- Help refine processes to improve efficiency and program outcomes.
- Identify barriers and support solutions that strengthen care and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Human Services–related field
- 3 years working with youth with mental-health needs
- Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills
- Effective communicator with strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)
- Child / Adolescent Mental Health: 2 years (Preferred)
