At SupplyPoint, we are advancing supply chain innovation and transforming how our customers manage their operations. We are looking for a driven, experienced Operations Manager to join us onsite at our Research Triangle Park, NC facility and lead our team to the next level.
About the Role
The Operations Manager leads and directs planning, production, and warehouse operations while serving as the accountable leader for EH&S, Quality, Delivery, Efficiency, Productivity, and Continuous Improvement. This is a highly visible leadership role within our facility and across global operations. You will set the standard for culture, performance, and employee engagement, while collaborating cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to deliver outstanding results.
Salary: $105,000 - $115,000
What You Will Own
- Delivery performance and customer satisfaction, including early identification and response to delays
- Asset management, facility oversight, and capital asset responsibility
- Cost management through continuous improvement, lean deployment, and productivity optimization
- Internal and external quality performance, including a path to ISO 9001 registration in 2027
- All Environmental Health and Safety activities, compliance, and proactive safety culture
- Staffing, training, salary administration, and employee engagement
- Monthly EQDC scorecard reviews and corrective action planning
- Succession planning and development of your team

Must-Haves
- BS in Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years of manufacturing experience with increasing responsibility
- 3 years of management experience
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and deployment
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Computer literate; SYSPRO experience preferred
