ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The General Manager (Fort Worth) is a key position within Operations, with responsibility and oversight with warehousing, distribution, production (kitting & re-pack operations), and supporting operational initiatives. You will be responsible for process improvement recommendations, change management, standardization of user documentation, developing front-line operational leaders, creating processes that drive action and interacting with all partner teams.
· Lead a team of site leaders across various operational functions.
· Create, lead, and support cross-functional company initiatives/projects. Drive alignment and prioritization of initiatives within your facility.
· Oversee site execution by managing and monitoring metrics for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), vendor performance scorecards, corrective action planning, and development of business cases to support/drive process changes or improvements.
· Manage/oversee quarterly budgets, labor expenses, inventory, and capital improvement projects within your locations.
· Manage relationships with multiple internal customers (Account, Purchasing, Finance, etc) as well as external customers.
· Recognize improvement opportunities to the cost or quality of services to be provided.
Minimum qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
· 3-5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics operations.
· 3-5 years of experience managing direct reports.
· 3-5 years of experience developing operational process solutions and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
Preferred qualifications:
· MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience using data analysis to drive decision making and building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
· Operations Six Sigma certification or other relevant operations project/coursework.
· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply structured thinking and logic to your work and provide solutions to issues.
· 3-5 years of experience working in a kitting / re-pack value-add service operation
· 3-5 years of experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
