E-COMMERCE PRODUCT CONTENT SPECIALIST

Do you enjoy turning scattered information into something organized, accurate, and polished? SupplyDen is looking for a detail-oriented person to build and improve product pages on SupplyDen.com.

This position is focused primarily on product content, organization, and website presentation.

You’ll research manufacturer information; organize descriptions, specifications, features, benefits, images,

and documents; and enter everything into our ERP system. After products transfer to our website, you’ll format each page so it looks professional and is ready for customers. You may also photograph products when suitable manufacturer images are unavailable.

What You’ll Do

•     Research and organize manufacturer product information

•     Enter product data into Excel templates and our ERP system

•     Review and format products after they transfer to our website

•     Take basic product photos and prepare images for online use

•     Correct incomplete or inconsistent information

•     Take ownership of products from initial research through publication

What We’re Looking For

•     Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•     Good organization, spelling, and written communication

•     Comfort using Excel and learning new software

•     Ability to research information and work independently

•     A good eye for clean, professional product pages and images

•     Someone who takes satisfaction in making information organized and complete

Previous e-commerce, ERP, website, photography, or marketing experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.

This role provides hands-on experience with ERP and e-commerce systems and lets you see the direct results of your work online. As you grow, there may be opportunities to assist with website improvements, email campaigns, product promotions, and other marketing projects.
