Senior Account Manager, Media
SUPPLY | Independent Media Agency
Location: Boulder/Denver preferred | Remote within Mountain Time considered
Employment: Full-time
Salary: $95,000$125,000 annually
We're looking for someone who keeps great work moving.
At SUPPLY, we believe great media work is equal parts smart thinking, strong execution, and exceptional collaboration.
We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who knows the media business, enjoys working with clients, and has a knack for keeping complicated things running smoothly.
The kind of person who walks out of a meeting knowing exactly what needs to happen next. Who follows through without being reminded. Who can confidently speak with a client about a media plan, work with specialists to solve a problem, and make sure everyone stays on the same page.
Sound familiar? We'd love to meet you.
A Little About SUPPLY
SUPPLY is an independent media agency headquartered in Boulder, Colorado.
We work with ambitious brands across media strategy, planning, buying, analytics, and emerging channels. Our work spans traditional and digital media, from television and streaming to social, search, programmatic, and whatever comes next.
We're independent by design. We value good thinking over unnecessary process, collaboration over silos, and people who take ownership of their work.
You'll work closely with agency leadership and talented specialists across disciplines, with meaningful responsibility and real visibility into the work.
What You'll Do
Own the day-to-day client experience
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build strong client relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and an understanding of their business.
- Lead client meetings, status calls, agendas, recaps, and follow-ups.
- Make sure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the work.
Keep campaigns and projects moving
- Coordinate across media strategy, planning, buying, analytics, and creative partners.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, priorities, and responsibilities.
- Turn conversations into clear decisions, owners, and next steps.
- Anticipate issues, bring the right people together, and help resolve challenges before they become problems.
- Maintain visibility across multiple workstreams without creating unnecessary administrative overhead.
Bring media fluency to the conversation
- Understand media strategies, channel recommendations, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
- Work comfortably with both traditional and digital media teams.
- Help translate media recommendations and results into clear, useful conversations with clients.
- Contribute to presentations, business reviews, and planning discussions.
- Know when to answer a question yourself and when to bring in a specialist.
- Stay curious about emerging media, AI, and marketing technologies, recognizing opportunities to improve client outcomes.
- Identify client needs and opportunities where new tools, capabilities, or approaches could add value, and collaborate with SUPPLY's strategy, analytics, and technology teams to explore solutions.
Support integrated and influencer campaigns
- Coordinate with clients, creators, and creative agency partners.
- Help manage creator contracts, deliverables, approvals, and timelines.
- Support the logistics of content production and shoots when needed.
- Ensure influencer programs integrate with broader marketing and media initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Media agency experience matters. We're looking for someone who understands how paid media campaigns come together, not simply someone who has managed client relationships in another industry.
Ideally, you bring:
- 6 years of relevant media or advertising agency experience preferred. Candidates with 4 years of strong, directly relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and integrated paid media campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of media planning, buying, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Familiarity with both traditional and digital media channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidence presenting to clients.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Experience supporting influencer marketing campaigns, including contracts, deliverables, and production coordination.
- The ability to prioritize competing needs and keep multiple projects moving.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
- Comfort with evolving media and marketing technologies, including an interest in how AI, automation, and data can improve client work.
You don't need to be the person buying every media channel. But you should understand the business well enough to ask smart questions, recognize important issues, and help our clients and teams make progress.
You'll Probably Enjoy Working Here If...
- You're happiest when clients trust you and your team can count on you.
- You genuinely enjoy the media business and want to keep learning.
- You don't need to be reminded three times to follow up on something.
- You can be detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- You prefer solving problems to explaining why something can't be done.
- You appreciate working directly with smart, motivated people rather than navigating layers of bureaucracy.
- You like a little personality in the workday and take the work seriously without taking yourself too seriously.
Location & Flexibility
SUPPLY is headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, and we operate in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.
We'd especially welcome someone in the Boulder/Denver area who can collaborate with the team in person periodically. We're also open to strong candidates based elsewhere in Mountain Time.
We believe flexibility and collaboration can coexist, and we value opportunities to work together in person when they're useful.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary: $95,000$125,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Full medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- Two weeks of paid time off annually.
- Additional flexible PTO, subject to manager approval.
- Opportunity to be considered for discretionary bonuses through SUPPLY's profit-sharing bonus program. Awards are not guaranteed.
