Job Summary:
The IT Business Applications Manager is responsible for the management and support of a portfolio of applications and technology solutions that support the various functions within the business. This position will lead a team of technical professionals that are functional experts within the business function they support. The IT Business Applications Manager has overall responsibility for the architecture, support, maintenance, deployment, and enhancement of commercial software applications. Additionally, this role is responsible for planning and managing through the PMO function, the technical development being executed by both internal and vendor led teams – while working collaboratively with business units delivering technical solutions that meet goals and objectives. The Enterprise Application Manager will be one of the primary points of contact for internal business and vendor partners.
This position reports to the ERP Project Lead and is based in our corporate office in Mayfield Heights, OH. This position currently has a 5-member team that covers all functional areas of the business
We are seeking a talented IT -Business Analyst Manager to join our team. The IT- Business Analyst Manager is responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Stay current with latest technology trends, SAP S/4HANA latest developments, and best practices. Evaluate new technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes and drive digital transformation
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to project teams. Collaborate with developers, consultants, and business analysts to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions
- Mentor others in IT, focusing on design, planning, development, and technical knowledge transfer.
- Work directly with multiple levels within the IT department, Supply Technologies business, and Trading Partners to understand all areas of digitalization
- Analytics knowledge utilizing data sets in SAP Analytics Cloud, Data Warehouse, and SAP S4/HANA
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of experience designing IT solutions
- The ability to demonstrate ERP and MDM proficiency
- Experience managing projects and working with a PMO
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Industrial market experience preferred.
- Flexibility to travel minimally (10%) when necessary.
WE Value:
- Experience as a IT professional implementing or supporting a global ERP solution in the distribution or manufacturing industry.
- Distribution experience.
- SAP S4/Hana, High Radius, Microsoft 365 Dynamics, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and PowerBi (or comparable business intelligence and data visualization tool) experience.
