Ensure compliance with company safety, housekeeping, security, quality, and operational policies and procedures.
Review and manage branch financial performance, including sales forecasting, inventory forecasting, operating expenses, accounts payable, and staffing costs.
Monitor branch performance metrics including OTD, quality performance, inventory management, shortages, and profitability.
Promote and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer service.
Ensure adherence to ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee facility maintenance and ensure equipment is operated safely and effectively.
Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company, local, and regulatory safety requirements.
Conduct regular operational reviews and performance meetings to drive accountability and business results.
In collaboration with sales, manage customer contract renewal activities, ensuring agreements are reviewed, renewed, and executed in a timely manner to support business continuity and customer retention.
