Position:First (1st) Shift Recoup/Returns Processor
Shit: Tuesday-Friday 6:00AM-4:30PM
Pay:$19.70 per hour
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Accurately receiving returned product or goods and inspecting products for any damages or defects
Auditing product and packaging/labeling to maintain highest level of product compliance and accuracy
Ensure the returned product meets quality standards to customer specifications or other requirements to include re-packing, packaging and labeling product to return to inventory for re-sale
Experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc.

Role Purpose:
Opens and verifies returned merchandise, scans merchandise, and places freight in proper locations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Load, unload, move, stock, and stage product. May require using powered equipment.
- Verify proper item is in the original packaging in preparation for scanning.
- Assure accurate and proper processing of all freight utilizing the scanning system.
- Identify items that require special processing or separation (e.g. hazardous material, store services, research, salvage).
- Ensure that scanned freight reaches the appropriate destination (e.g. slot, destroy, salvage).
- Stack and tape pallets in a safe manner.
- Observe all safety and sanitation standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
- Material handling equipment certification, preferred
- Six months warehouse experience, preferred
- Six months forklift operation experience, preferred
