POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Accurately and efficiently picks, packs, and sorts orders.
- Assembles kits, labels items, and engages in other value-added tasks.
- Operates manifesting stations.
- Carries out basic inventory counts, kitting, packaging, and various related tasks.
- Communicates with supervisory staff about any issues affecting the general conditions of the work area.
- Familiar with work directives, equipment maintenance basics, etc.
- Understands and upholds cleanliness standards, ensuring a tidy workspace.
- Takes on additional tasks as needed, including functions of other warehouse positions.
- Upholds food safety and quality guidelines.
- Regularly uses RF (radio frequency) scanners.
- Successfully operators all material handling equipment
SECURITY
- Complies with all company inventory control and security procedures.
SAFETY
- Complies with all government and company safety rules.
- Reports safety issues promptly to management.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1-3 years previous warehouse experience.
