Our structured Summer Internship Program is designed to enhance your business acumen through continuous learning and networking opportunities. Successful interns will be considered for full-time opportunities upon completion of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with fellow interns across the U.S. and Canada on a Capstone Project aimed at improving various aspects of our business for our customers.
- Build a professional network with other interns and business leaders across all regions and business segments within the organization.
- Participate in a series of webinars focused on enhancing professional networking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Engage with our executives through our Executive Speaker Series, where you can listen and ask questions.
- Travel to Westerville, OH to present your Capstone Project to leadership teams at the Intern Capstone Event, hosted at the end of each summer at our headquarters.
