Job Description
Join DHL Supply Chain in a pivotal IT role that bridges innovation and delivery across global teams. This position supports Global IT Customer Solutions, playing a key part in defining customer-focused solutions, but also involves IT Project Management to drive successful implementations.
You'll work closely with business development and account management teams to translate customer needs into innovative IT solutions, drive digital product adoption, and coordinate complex multi-business unit bids.

Responsibilities
• Provides IT support to Business Development by defining IT solutions, implementation plans & approaches, estimating costs, and preparing customer-facing materials.
• Supports the development of regional innovation and digitalization roadmaps aligned with global priorities.
• Builds strong relationships with internal teams and key customer stakeholders to drive account growth.
• Contributes to the creation and readiness of sales collateral for the global SL IT BD community.
• Assists in the development of new IT products by bridging business and technical teams.
• Shapes and potentially leads DHL customer implementation projects as ITPM ensuring solutions meet requirements and are delivered smoothly.
• Develops and manages project plans, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinates with vendors and internal teams to support system implementation, testing, and post-go-live activities.
• Ensures operational processes and IT solutions are aligned with customer needs.
• Provides clear updates on project status and maintain strong relationships across teams.
Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree, required.
• Project management experience, required.
• Five (5) or more years’ experience in contract logistics, customer project implementations in an IT capacity, required.
• Five (5) or more years’ experience in customer project implementations in an IT capacity, required.
