Technical Support Specialist (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about solving technology problems and making logistics operations run smoothly? We're seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide front-line support for day-to-day end-user IT requests (passwords, printers, MS Office, network issues, hardware, and frontline troubleshooting (remote and onsite).
- Help manage daily IT hardware inventory, asset tagging, tracking, and device hand-offs.
- Support procurement, setup, and deployment of devices at warehouse and office locations.
- Assist in maintaining technical documentation and our internal knowledge base.
- Participate in technology projects, refreshes, and technology rollouts.
- Escalate advanced technical issues to senior IT staff as needed.
- New warehouse set-ups or close downs.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field. (Equivalent experience also considered.)
- Experience: 3 years of Tier 1 helpdesk or IT operations; 5 years preferred.
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused communicator (both written and oral)
- Expert in Microsoft Office, Windows OS and Network Equipment. Basic knowledge of business/warehouse hardware.
- Hands-on and able to travel between company locations as needed.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Bonus: Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) or basic programming.
- Bonus: Previous exposure to logistics, warehousing, or similar environments.
