Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is working with a school district in Yuma, Arizona to hire Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants. For more than 30 years, we've specialized in helping healthcare professionals find the assignments that best fit their current needs and long-term career goals.

School-Based Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Contract Details:

- $32 - $34 an hour

- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant needed for the 2023-24 school year to start ASAP for 40 hours a week.

- COTA will be working with students K-8th grade under the supervision of a district OT.

- District will provide all materials and laptop.

- Monday - Friday with all school holidays off

- Will assist the OT with providing occupational therapy services according to student IEP

- Assigned schools may include various grade levels

- May be asked to travel between school locations, mileage reimbursement will apply if COTA works between multiple school locations

Requirements:

- Arizona COTA License

- American Heart Associaiton BLS

- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

- Previous pediatric and/or school experience preferred
