The Social Media Manager plays a pivotal role on the Nootropics Depot marketing team, responsible for developing and executing innovative content strategies across all major platforms—Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit—to drive community growth, engagement, and brand recognition. This leader proactively monitors platform algorithms, digital trends, and competitors moves to ensure our narrative of quality and transparency always stands out.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, works cross-functionally with graphics, scientific, and podcast teams, and excels at managing the brand’s online presence through creative planning and multi-channel initiatives.
Salary/Pay: Starting at $50,000/year, DOE
Hours: Day Shift Monday – Friday
Hybrid Remote: MUST reside in the Phoenix metro valley

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish data-driven, engaging content across major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit), leveraging trends and analytics.
- Manage and shape the online brand narrative by monitoring sentiment, responding to comments, and handling reputational topics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, scientific, and podcast teams for unified content planning and execution.
- Oversee social campaigns, promotions, launches, and newsletter campaigns (Klaviyo or similar), including reporting and optimization.
- Identify, build, and amplify ambassador/UGC partnerships and influencer relationships.
- Track and analyze performance, adapting strategies based on analytics and platform updates.
- Manage assets and maintain content calendars and documentation using Google, Adobe, Canva, and AI tools.
- Support cross-channel promotions, outreach initiatives, and occasional urgent campaign needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience growing and managing communities across all major platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media strategy, current trends, algorithms, and analytics.
- Proficiency with Klaviyo (or similar ESP), Adobe Suite, Canva, and AI-powered production.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational/project management skills.
- Experience with UGC campaigns, influencer/ambassador outreach, BigCommerce, and GUI page builders preferred.
- Familiarity with supplement industry regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
