This leader will be on the People Leadership team and proactively own our physical office strategy, employee experience within and across those spaces, and the operational excellence that keeps our hubs running smoothly. This role is on-site in our downtown Seattle office.

What You’ll Do
Workplace Strategy & Operations
- Lead overall workplace strategy across Seattle and San Francisco offices, ensuring spaces are efficient, scalable, and aligned with Supio values & culture.
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities, maintenance, office services, vendor relationships, and budget management. You will also be a key architect for Supio All Hands meetings.
- Develop and manage multi-year space planning for growth from 140 to ~250 employees, including build-outs, expansions, and space optimization.
- Design and deliver an exceptional on-site employee experience—ensuring our offices are welcoming, productive, fun, design-oriented, and reflective of company values.
- Partner closely with People, IT, and business leaders to support smooth onboarding, workplace programming, and distributed team work norms.
- Create consistent workplace standards, amenities, and service levels across both locations.
- Own emergency response planning, safety protocols, and compliance with local regulations in Seattle and San Francisco.
- Manage access control, visitor experience, and security partnerships.
- Lead workplace events, celebrations, all-hands meetings, and off-sites that build culture and connection.
- Own communication systems for workplace updates, policies, and expectations.
- Use data and employee feedback to continuously iterate and improve.
- Manage workplace coordinators in Seattle / San Francisco and vendors across both locations.
- Build a high-performing, service-oriented team with a focus on operational excellence.
- 7–10 years of experience in workplace experience, office operations, facilities management, or related fields; multi-site leadership strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting growth-stage tech companies (Seed → Series C) or similarly fast-moving environments.
- Proven success managing facilities, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives in multi-site companies.
- Strong project management skills, including workplace build-outs or office moves.
- A service-driven mindset with excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels—able to build vision while rolling up your sleeves when needed.
- Ability to travel between Seattle and San Francisco as required (approximately 1x per month or as needed).
- Familiarity with hybrid work models and creating inclusive, engaging in-office experiences.
Salary : $200,000 - $275,000
