The base salary range for this position in Seattle is a range of $78,000-90,000 performance bonuses. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and accelerate pipeline growth through personalized outreach and targeted campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and inform business strategies.
- Provide support to the sales team in pre-sales activities, including preparing presentations, coordinating product demos, and responding to RFPs.
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and value propositions.
- Assist in the creation and management of sales enablement materials to support prospect engagement and drive deal closure.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential company leads using various tools, databases, and market intelligence resources.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Update, manage, and maintain a comprehensive database of potential leads, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to determine their quality and potential fit with our products/services.
- Engage with leads through initial outreach (emails, calls, etc.) to gather more information and qualify their interests and needs.
- Document and track all interactions with leads, providing detailed notes and insights to the sales team.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and suggest improvements for lead generation strategies.
- Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads identified, qualified, and passed to sales.
- Analyze the effectiveness of different lead generation channels and tactics, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales support roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in full tech stack for business (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
