Role Description The Industrial Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Claymont, DE. This position oversees fireproofing and industrial coating projects from planning through completion, including defining scope, developing schedules, and managing budgets. The Industrial Project Manager coordinates with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliant, high-quality project execution and timely delivery. Daily responsibilities include monitoring field progress, addressing issues, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining documentation and reports. The role also involves optimizing resources, supporting quality control processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of project workflows.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in industrial Project Management and working effectively within Project Managers teams.
