What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate - Furniture position at SuperStore Furniture?
SuperStore Furniture in Williston is looking for a motivated person to join our sales team. You will be working one-on-one with customers to solve their needs and find the best fit for their lifestyle. We will train you--expect 1-3 months paid training period, then on to building commission. You will gain lots of product knowledge between our two floors of furniture and mattresses. Expect to build up sales and clientele in your first year, with unlimited potential with the right attitude! Experience in commissioned retail sales preferred, as well as comfortability with computer systems and growing technology; the more you can integrate digital tools to help you on the salesfloor, the easier you will find it. Creative minds and problem-solvers will be at home here. Must be willing to work as part of a team. Position is 5 days a week--weekends are a MUST.
