What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician position at Supersonic ABA?
HOWDY!
Are you currently looking for a super flexible position as a behavior technician? We are looking for someone who can fill in and/or supplement time providing 40 hours of ABA therapy a week to a bestie located in Findlay, OH. (This bestie is pretty awesome!)
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client behavior during therapy sessions
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Teach social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment goals and strategies
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Conduct ABA sessions in home setting
-Obtain supervision/training virtually
- Independently manage time by organizing and planning how to divide your time between different activities

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
