As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be a key driver of our hiring success, supporting managers through the full recruiting lifecycle while delivering a professional, engaging experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver full-cycle recruiting support, including intake meetings, job setup, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Act as a consultative advisor by providing labor market insights, compensation benchmarks, time-to-fill expectations, and screening recommendations.
- Guide hiring teams on interview best practices, behavioral interviewing techniques, and compliance-sensitive hiring decisions.
- Screen applications and manage candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate hiring team communication, and support post-interview debriefs.
- Assist with digital job board management and ATS job setup in collaboration with the HR Director.
- Support the offer process by recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other offer details.
- Coordinate onboarding steps to ensure a smooth and timely transition for new hires.
- Respond to routine questions from candidates, employees, and managers regarding hiring processes, benefits, and policies; escalate complex issues as needed.
- Conduct or assist with new hire orientation.
- Attend and represent the company at local job fairs and recruiting events.
- Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, hiring, sales, or customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment law fundamentals.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential.
- Clear driving record (accommodations may be made if driver eligibility is not met).
Work Schedule & Environment
- Full-time position, typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak hiring periods (rare and communicated in advance).
- Hybrid or office-based role using standard office equipment.
- Approximately 10% travel for recruiting events and job fairs.
Physical Requirements
- Primarily sedentary position requiring regular use of hands, arms, and close visual focus.
- Ability to occasionally lift office materials up to 30 pounds.

Hourly Pay Range
$23 - $27 USD
