This Position Is NOT Entry-Level

If you are still learning lawn treatment applications, chemical handling, or how to diagnose turf issues,

or need constant supervision for troubleshooting, this position will not be a fit.

We are looking for technicians who can work independently, manage a route, and consistently deliver

high-quality results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest control treatments
• Diagnose turf and plant health issues and recommend solutions
• Manage a daily service route efficiently
• Track materials and job completion using mobile apps
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Operate company vehicles and maintain equipment

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test (including THC) and background check
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Comfortable using smartphone apps
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Form I-9 required upon hire)
• Willing to work occasional weekends during peak season

Preferred (Not Required)

• 2 years lawn care or chemical application experience
• Spray Technician License (or willingness to obtain)

Pay & Benefits

• $22–$27/hour (based on documented experience)
• Overtime opportunities available

• $500 signing bonus (paid over time: $50 at 10 days, $100 at 90 days, $150 at 6 months, $200 at 12

months)
