Job Summary
Supermicro embedded team is looking for Staff Solutions Manager to grow and expand the business opportunities of in-house embedded solutions with customers. Your goal is to engage, develop, and expand our customer portfolio in the edge computing and embedded/IoT solutions. In this role, you will be representing Supermicro in major trade shows and conferences to network and meet with clients, and further developing the opportunity pipelines. You will also participate in products and solutions design, ensure new products incorporated the expectations and requirements from customers to increase business opportunity.

$154,000 - $179,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
- Create and promote market solutions for assigned vertical markets and use cases (retail, security, surveillance, healthcare, manufacturing, industry 4.0)
- Actively support sales to acquire and win target customer
- Create high value partnerships with relevant software vendors and system integrators
- Actively work with sales and partner to drive customer acquisition
- Create assets to help sales enablement and web-presence (script, battle-card, pitch-deck, …)
- Present supermicro at shows, conferences, customer events
- Continuously update and refine solutions with new technologies and/or use cases
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experiences.
- 12 years in relevant roles relating to solution building with SW and HW
- Hands on experience for software integration a must
- Solid communication skills in both verbal and written, able to communicate with C-level clients effectively
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and marketing skills
- Strong executive presence with a track record of winning mid to large clients/business
