Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Salary Range
$73,500 - $100,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists in capacity and resource planning for the production lines, designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budget to improve efficiency.
- Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space and tooling requirements, and designs the layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to recommend manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
- Effectively utilize lean manufacturing tools for continuously improve the flow of material and information in the factory, including factory layouts and visual management.
- Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
- Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
- 2 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficient in soldering skills and using an oscilloscope and a multimeter for troubleshooting.
- Good electronic background and time management.
- Basic knowledge of PC, System, and Server operation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Linux and Python.
- In-depth knowledge of PCBA and soldering machines.
- Solid communication skills both verbal and written in English.
Salary Range
$73,500 - $100,000
