What You’ll Do
This is hands-on work where you’ll learn the whole craft of building a window from the ground up. You’ll build screens, cut and assemble frames, put together sashes, and bring all the pieces together into a finished product we’re proud to put our name on. From measuring and squaring to fitting and final assembly, you’ll learn every step — and every step matters, because a window that’s built well lasts for decades.
These are real, marketable skills you’ll carry with you, and you’ll learn them alongside a team of people who know what they’re doing and enjoy working together. It’s a good crew, and we look out for each other.
