Superior Water & Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential and light commercial installation projects. What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
- Install furnaces, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, and related equipment
- Guide and develop apprentices and installation team members
- Coordinate materials, jobsite logistics, and project timelines
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
- Ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to code
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional worksites
You're someone who:
- Leads by example and holds high standards
- Has strong HVAC installation knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Communicates clearly with customers and teammates
- Takes ownership of results
- Stays organized and keeps projects moving
- Prioritizes safety and quality on every job
Qualifications
- 3 years of HVAC installation experience
- Lead installer or crew leadership experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- RMGA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
