Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position as a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster who is licensed in TX and, or NV and will be located in our Las Vegas, NV location. The role involves managing bodily injury insurance claims from initial investigation to resolution. Key responsibilities include evaluating claims, analyzing coverages, determining liability, negotiating settlements, and maintaining thorough documentation throughout the claims process. The individual will also engage with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, and medical professionals to bring each case to resolution efficiently and equitably.
Qualifications
- Experience in BI Claims Handling and BI Claims Management to effectively oversee claims from filing to resolution.
- Licensed in TX and or NV - or both states!
- Bilingual - English & Spanish
- Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Claims with the ability to understand policies and coverage terms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with claimants, attorneys, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in insurance or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as AIC (Associate in Claims) or other industry certifications are a plus.
