The Financial Processing Specialist plays a central role in keeping our financial operations accurate, timely, and organized across two separate businesses under one corporation. If you’re steady, detail-driven, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this position may be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
Company 1 – Primary Focus: Accounts Payable
- Process all invoices, verify accuracy, and obtain proper approvals
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure all payments are issued on time
- Reconcile statements and research discrepancies
- Organize and maintain accurate AP records
- Support month-end close with documentation and reporting
Company 2 – Accounting & Order Support
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment posting
- Process accounts payable transactions
- Enter purchase orders accurately and track order progress
- Communicate updates to internal departments regarding order status
- Resolve vendor and customer issues quickly and professionally
- Assist with month-end tasks and financial documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of accounting or AP/AR experience
- Familiarity with QuickBooks (preferred)
- Strong accuracy, organization, and follow-through
- Confident communicator (email, phone, in person)
- Able to manage multiple priorities across two businesses
- A proactive, approachable problem solver who wants a long-term home

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
