- Own projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for future business.
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Installation, Sales, Accounting, and other teams to keep projects moving forward.
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and field crews.
- Identify project risks and proactively address schedule, cost, quality, and customer-impacting issues.
- Coordinate project documentation, contracts, billing, invoicing, and other administrative requirements.
- Support estimating, proposals, pre-bid meetings, job walks, and business development activities.
- Provide clear project updates to customers, leadership, and internal teams.
- Help strengthen and grow the Texas Division’s operations team, processes, and customer base across the Gulf Region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of project management experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or a related environment.
- Knowledge of construction, manufacturing, or installation operations; experience with welded tanks is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, scheduling, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore.
- PMP certification preferred.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
