What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations across FOH and BOH
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and smooth shifts
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Oversee opening, closing, cash handling, safety, and operational standards
- Partner with the GM on inventory, food costs, and restaurant performance
- Step in confidently as Manager-on-Duty when needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant management or shift leadership experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for hospitality and developing people
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
- Required food safety certification
