Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Adult Day Training program. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with APD regulations and iConnect, ensuring compliance with state standards while providing administrative support to staff, participants, and families. Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate records in iConnect, including service logs, attendance, progress notes, and billing documentation. * Assist with preparing and organizing APD-required documentation (e.g., IP plans, staff training logs, incident reports, transportation logs). * Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence with families, providers, and APD representatives. * Support the Program Director in maintaining compliance with APD and Medicaid guidelines. * Monitor participant files for accuracy, timeliness, and completion of required forms. * Assist with coordinating staff schedules, training sessions, and meetings. * Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide professional communication on behalf of the program. * Handle confidential participant information in accordance with HIPAA and APD standards.
