Position 1: Dozer/Excavator – Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Details:

• Pay: $32–35 per hour
• Per Diem: N/A
• Hours: 10 hours per day
• Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate dozers and excavators for excavation and grading projects
• Work on multiple job sites within a 60-mile radius
• Travel between job sites as needed
• Perform occasional manual labor depending on site needs
• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of heavy equipment operating experience
• Experience with dozers and/or excavators required
• GPS equipment experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt to varying job site conditions
• Willing to travel up to 60 miles

Position 2: Diesel Mechanic – Heavy Equipment

Job Details:

• Pay: $32–38 per hour (based on experience)
• Hours: 40–50 hours per week
• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: Temp-to-Perm | Long-Term Career Opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, forklifts, trucks, and construction equipment
• Perform DOT inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Maintain accurate service and repair documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of diesel/heavy equipment mechanic experience
• Experience working on dozers and excavators required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a hands-on shop environment
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing throughout shift

Additional Requirements (Both Positions):

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL A preferred)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
• Proper PPE required (steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, high-visibility vest/shirt)
