Base Location: Kaukauna, WI
Job Sites: Within 50 miles (occasional travel required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or later as needed); Saturdays as required
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm (long-term opportunities available)
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
Position Overview
Superior Skilled Trades is actively hiring experienced Concrete Laborers and Concrete Finishers for commercial, industrial, and agricultural construction projects based out of Sheboygan, WI. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with proven concrete experience who are committed to safety, quality workmanship, and consistent production.
Pay Rates (Based on Experience)
- Concrete Laborers (2 years experience): $25-$30/hr
- Hotel paid by company
- Per Diem: $50/night for meals & travel expenses when travel is required
Job Responsibilities
- Set and strip concrete forms
- Tie rebar and assist with pouring and finishing concrete
- Assist with forming and casting tilt-up wall panels
- Help guide and set panels during crane picks
- Assist with erecting structural wall systems
- Perform general concrete and carpentry tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of commercial, industrial, or agricultural concrete experience
- Hands-on concrete experience required (general labor alone is not sufficient)
- Experience with flatwork, foundations, or wall systems preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
- Must have basic concrete hand tools
- Reliable transportation required
- Must pass a background check
- Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves
