Salary: $68,000 - $84,000 per year (Based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (paid after the first 90 days)

Overview: Seeking a Chief Maintenance Engineer (CME) to manage facility maintenance and oversee maintenance staff for a leading commercial facility maintenance provider.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Oversee maintenance contracts, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and operational.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with all work tasks.
- Manage workload priorities and assign tasks to staff.
- Handle emergency situations and respond to after-hours calls.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in CMMS.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective working relationships.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of six years’ maintenance and/or commercial experience.
- Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance management systems.
- Broad knowledge of various skilled trades.
- Ability to read blueprints and as-built drawings.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and test equipment.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team player.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
