What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caulker position at Superior Skilled Trades?
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Skilled Caulker for long-term work in Waukanee, WI. All job sites will be within 60 miles of Madison.
- PAY: $30 - $34 an hour
- HOURS: 40 - 50 Hours per week
- SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday , 7am-4:00pm
- DURATION: 6 months
- START DATE: 5/5/2025
Job Responsibilities:
- Applying sealant and adhesive to waterproof, finish, or fill areas.
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute finishing projects accurately
- Utilize hand tools effectively to complete finishing tasks
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Ability to use caulk gun, trowel, brushes
- Some sanding, prepping, and priming surfaces might be required.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience as a Caulker for industrial or commercial builds
- Knowledge of construction techniques
- Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Must have standard hand tools.
