What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technician position at Superior Services?
We are seeking a dependable, experienced, and motivated employee to take a leadership role within our team. This position is responsible not only for performing services, but for leading job sites, ensuring quality standards, and supporting team performance.
You will oversee daily operations in the field while delivering window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing services for both residential and commercial clients.
What We’re Looking For in You:
As a candidate, you must:
- Be physically fit. This work can be strenuous; it is necessary that you can lift and carry up to 50 lbs, squat, and move with ease
- Safely carry, and be comfortable climbing ladders up to 24ft to access windows and rooftops at multi-story locations
- We work outside year-round. You must be able to work in all types of weather conditions
- Possess an awareness of OSHA safety procedures.
- Maintain equipment and keep track of inventory
- Demonstrate leadership qualities—accountability, decision-making, and the ability to guide others
- Present yourself professionally and communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Have a customer focused mindset; excellent customer service is the backbone of our company
- Take ownership of your work and the performance of your team
- Be reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Be available from 7:45a-4:30p, occasional weekends with ample notice from employer
- Show a willingness to learn and grow, and be open to taking on new responsibilities
- Be open to a background check

- Full training; experience is desired, but we will train the right person
- Pay is dependant on experience. Sign on bonus with the oppurtunity to earn quarterly bonuses
