Superior Senior Care – Monticello, AR
Superior Senior Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to perform in‑home, physical‑dependency assessments for elderly and disabled clients. This role covers Monticello and surrounding counties: Ashley, Chicot, Desha, Drew, and Lincoln.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial assessments and reassessments
- Conduct supervisory visits
- Perform aide skills checks
- Review aide documentation
- (All duties follow Arkansas Medicaid Rules & Regulations)
Qualifications
- Active/current Arkansas RN license
- Organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout the service area
- Case management experience is a plus
Schedule & Pay
- Flexible schedule — RN sets their own appointments
- Pay based on caseload and visits
