Superior Senior Care in Fort Smith is seeking a compassionate, detail‑oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to complete in‑home physical‑dependency assessments (ADLs & IADLs) for elderly and disabled clients across Crawford, Franklin, Logan, Scott, and Sebastian Counties. This role is ideal for an RN who values independence, flexibility, and meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
- Complete supervisory visits
- Perform aide skills checks
- Review aide documentation
- Ensure all tasks meet Arkansas Medicaid Rules & Regulations
Qualifications
- Active Arkansas RN license
- Organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within the service area
- Case management experience preferred but not required
