Superior Senior Care – Business Development & Office Manager (El Dorado Office)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Superior Senior Care is Arkansas’s leader in consumer‑directed home care, and we are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our El Dorado team. This role is essential to supporting our mission of empowering seniors to remain safely and independently in their homes. We are looking for someone who leads with integrity, communicates with clarity, and thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.
About the Role
The Office Administrator oversees daily operations, supports caregivers and clients, and ensures our El Dorado office maintains the highest standards of compliance, ethics, and customer service. This position requires strong administrative experience, excellent people skills, and the ability to coach and guide staff with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily office workflow and administrative processes
- Provide supervisory support and ensure adherence to SSC policies
- Maintain proficiency with office equipment and software systems
- Ensure compliance with all regulations governing publicly funded services
- Uphold Superior Senior Care’s commitment to ethical, mission‑driven service
- Build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and community partners
- Support a positive, professional, and welcoming office environment
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory, administrative, or management experience
- Relevant experience may substitute for education; some college strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, analytic, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Ability to coach employees on policy requirements and compliance
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to SSC’s mission
