Referral Coordinator / Administrative Assistant – Superior Senior Care (Conway, AR)
Full-Time | $16–$18/hr (DOE)
Mon–Fri, 8:30a–4:30p

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate caregiver referrals and client appointments
- Manage scheduling and daily office operations
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers
- Problem-solve and support a busy in-home care environment
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Take occasional after-hours calls
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Clerical/administrative experience
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
